At Media Operandi, our creative team are the doers! Everything is produced in-house at our creative production studio,so you get honest local knowledge and advice, streamlined production workflow, and efficient campaign implementation.
With a career kick-started in North Queensland’s TV and advertising industry, Michelle was schooled by the best in the biz—learning the ropes of strategy, design, and the fine art of making brands shine. Since then, she’s worn many creative hats across local Government tourism, publishing, construction, recruitment, and music. Now, as Media Operandi’s Creative Director, she brings big-picture thinking, sharp design instincts, and a results-driven mindset to every project. Just don’t ask her to pick a favourite font.

Pair that with his passion for photography, video, and music production for a creative edge that sets projects apart.
